This quote pops into my head when thinking of the keepers of the land, who were the inspiration behind my and Dan's next novel, a murder mystery. After two years of writing and editing and editing and editing, I will publish the book this summer. A big shout out to Cathy Goddard, who designed the cover for The Keepers, capturing the heart of wine country just before the harvest.
